Trained Counsellors provide professional one-on-one guidance to clients and assess needs and qualifications. Counsellors assist the clients in developing a return to work action plan and provides appropriate resources for job search. Clients are also given information on how to access Government of Ontario training programs, such as Better Jobs and Apprenticeship opportunities.
